Jump rope is now really on-trend in the fitness industry; besides being portable, it can be fun.

Sydney Jump Rope – this is Tough Ladies speed rope; since I go to a boxing gym at least two times per week, My warm-up is jumping rope using speed rope, it helps me jump faster than the regular one, which is good training for boxing footwork. The handles are made of metal and lightweight, while the rope itself is steel wire. It’s 360 degrees spin as well, just like the Georgina.

Aside from those ToughLadies Jump Rope, I’m also using their ankle weight which is 1kg per piece; I’m wearing it every time I go running and whenever I’m jumping rope. It doesn’t feel and doesn’t look cheap compared to other ankle weights we can buy in the mall and shopee. The fabric that was used looks so durable. And, of course, the minimalist design is just perfect. I love it.
